SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit a bidding document for each Lot desired, (2) two hard copies of technical and financial bids, and a soft copy of the financial bid only in MS Excel format, /packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical bid” or “Financial bid”. Thereafter put the two sealed envelopes in a bigger envelope which should also be sealed and addressed to the Director-General. Projects Development Institute (PRODA) Emene Industrial Layout, Enugu. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BID Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00noon on Tuesday, 30th May, 2023 at the PRODA Auditorium, No 3, Independence Layout PRODA Enugu in the Presence of bidders or their representative; while the Financial bids will be kept un-opened.
