Thereafter, bring the teller and remita reference code to the PCC cash office for issuance of treasury receipt and further present it to procurement unit to collect Standard Bidding Document. Firms interested in Consultancy Service will not pay at this stage until after shortlisting.

Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids packaged separately in sealed and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” and put the two together in a bigger sealed envelope address to the Honorable Chief Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission, 25, Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama, Abuja. The company’s name and address of the bidder be written at the back of the envelope and dropped in the tender box provided at the reception not later than 12:00 on Thursday, 15th June, 2023.
