LOT 2: 19 units of laptops with compatible docking stations. Delivery to Abuja
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified companies to express their interest by furnishing the GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
An official letter expressing interest.
Concise Company profile
Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area.
Bank introductory Letter
Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating annual average turnover of NGN 33, 000,000.00 for lot 1 and NGN 32, 000,000 for lot 2 (minimum) in year 2019, 2020 and 2021 or more recent.
Evidence of experience of previous similar jobs (supply and delivery) of IT Equipment with values that add up to minimum of NGN 33,000,000 for lot 1 and NGN 32,000,000 for lot 2. Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs/reference
For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents only in hardcopies in a sealed envelope addressed as follows:
