SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with soft copy of financial bid only in MS Excel Format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to: The Executive Secretary/Chief Executive Officer Nigerian Shipper’s Council (NSC) 4, Otunba Ayodele Soyade Lane, (Formerly Park Lane) Apapa, Lagos And clearly marked with (the name of the project and the lot number0. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped into “Works and Service” Box respectively on the on the 2nd Floor after its registration on the 2nd floor, not later than 10:00am on Wednesday 26th July 2023. Late submission would be returned un-opened. 6. OPENING OF EOI DOCUMENTS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the submission of deadline at 10:00am on Wednesday 10th August 2022, at the training room 2nd floor, shippers Towers, Apapa Lagos, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
