SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of the financial bid in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, the two sealed envelopes should be put together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Accountant General of the Federation, Treasury House, Garki, Abuja and clearly marked with the name of the project and lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated tender Box at the Director, Procurement Office not later than 12:00 noon Monday, 24th July, 2023. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon Monday, 24th July, 2023, at OAGF Conference room, 2nd floor, treasury House, Garki, Abuja. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission register in the office of Director Procurement, 1st floor, treasury house, office of the accountant general of the Federation, Garki, Abuja. Note: the Office of the accountant General of the Federation will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
