As part of the concept phase, the market is invited to an early dialogue in a digital dialogue conference 28 October 2026, an option for written input (deadline 11 November 2026) and any one-to-one meetings in week 47/48. The main target group is suppliers and R&D actors who can contribute input to systems that respond to the needs of rule managers, providers of digital services, case officers and users of the regulations.
