Framework agreement electrical material

The agreement will run for two (2) years from the date of signing. The Contracting Authority has an option to extend the agreement by one (1) year at a time, up to two (2) times. The maximum total term is four (4) years. An option is exercised by written notice from the Contracting Authority no later than three (3) months before the agreement expires. The agreement terminates automatically at the end of the agreement period. If all options are exercised, the expected total value of the procurement is NOK 10,000,000, with expected annual call-offs of NOK 2,500,000. The maximum contract value is NOK 15,000,000.
