The delivery shall also include floor care and spring cleaning as needed. The Contracting Authority requests delivery with central coordination and local presence, including permanent gender neutral preferred and good follow-up across the buildings. Tenderers shall be able to handle changes and additional needs in a flexible and efficient way. The delivery shall support equal cleaning standards in all buildings and it shall be built on systematic quality follow-up, clear deviation routines and environmentally conscious systems.
