The assignment is divided into two sub-contracts. Sub-contract 1 includes painting, wallpapering and floor laying services, including necessary materials and equipment included in the execution of the assignment. Sub-contract 2 includes paint, put-offs, consumables and the accompanying equipment for the municipality ́s own use for work under its own auspices. The service part shall cover both internal and external work, and will mainly include maintenance, minor upgrades and renovation work in municipal purpose-built buildings. The product part shall cover the standard need for paint products and the accompanying equipment for use in the municipality ́s own work assignments.
