Framework agreement for painting services and painting products

The assignment is divided into two subcontracts. Subcontract 1 covers painting, wallpapering and flooring services, including necessary materials and equipment that are included in the execution of the assignment. Subcontract 2 covers paint, putty, consumables and associated equipment for the municipality's own use when working under its own authority. The service part shall cover both interior and exterior work, and will mainly include maintenance, minor upgrades and rehabilitation work in municipal purpose-built buildings.
