The financial limit is distributed as follows per sub-contract: Sub-contract 1: * Estimated value: NOK 1.4 million excluding VAT, including all options. * Maximum value: NOK 2 million excluding VAT, including all options. Sub-contract 2: * Estimated value: NOK 17.5 million excluding VAT, including all options. * Maximum value: NOK 26.2 million excluding VAT, including all options. Sub-contract 3: * Estimated value: NOK 4.8 million excluding VAT, including all options. * Maximum value: NOK 7.2 million excluding VAT, including all options. The framework agreements will be valid for two (2) years from when the contract is signed. Thereafter the framework agreement can be renewed for one (1) year at a time, up to six (6) times. Each municipality will choose whether the framework agreements shall be extended.
