Earnest Money should be inside Technical Bids SECURITY DEPOSIT/PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: The successful tenderer upon award of Contract will be required to furnish security deposit (pay order or Bank Guarantee) in the amount PKR. 1000, 000. 00 (Ten Lac Rupees) value stated in the Letter of Intent/Email as interest free Security deposit and to remain valid 3-months after the expiry period of the Contract. PREPARATION OF TENDER: Tender fee is Rs.10, 000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) : Contact PIA Finance Manager at Lahore deposit slip must attach with tender documents. Both the Financial and Technical bid should be enclosed in double cover. The inner cover should be sealed.The Technical and Financial bids must have contains the following documents:- Technical Bids Technical proposal along with all the supporting documents is mandatory.
