following components:
· Additional trains providing conventional treatment
· Pre-settling tanks
· Additional sludge drying beds
· Equipment necessary to be installed in the existing facilities to accommodate the extension
Non-Revenue Water (NRW) reduction program include components;
· Establishment of one pilot zone with connections ranging from 6,000 to 9,000
· Installation of bulk meters and customer meters
· Installation of SCADA system
· Leak detection and piloting the concept of 24/7 service
