1. The applicant must be duly registered with official government departments .
2. Prices are presented according to the attached table in the quotation documents in dollars and are not inclusive of value added tax .
3. The club is not obligated to choose the offer with the lowest price, and it has the right to reject any offer or all offers without giving reasons .
4. The successful bidder must submit official zero tax invoices .
5. The applicant is obligated to present a valid source discount certificate .
