A bid guarantee of 5% of the bid value must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or certified check in favor of the Arab American University . 4. Prices are in dollars and include all taxes, including value-added tax, and the supplier must submit tax invoices and a certificate of deduction from the source . 5. The university is not bound by the lowest prices and without giving reasons . 6. Advertisement fees to be awarded to the bidder . 7.
