Eligible to Participate in this Bid : · They are the Contractors Classified (Buildings) of the First and Second Grades, Valid as a Minimum by the National Classification Committee. A Valid Classification Certificate must Also be Presented . · the Contractor must Be "Officially" Registered with the Tax Departments and be Able to Present a Source Deduction Certificate and a Tax Invoice . · the Contractor must Submit a Bank Guarantee of $ 1,000 . with tender notice no.
