Within the framework of the implementation of the "Equal Rooting" project implemented by WATC and in partnership with Alianza por la Solidaridad, WATC invites the competent authorities and those registered with the official departments in the West Bank, those who have experience in assessing capacities and needs of community based organizations and working on gender and empowerment projects, applying to implement the assessment of the capabilities and needs of partner CBOs in the project intervention areas for the year 2023, in order to implement organizational assessment for CBOs With the aim of assessing resources, skills, systems and programs with a special focus on women and gender issues, in addition to identifying needs and gaps, designing a financial and administrative regulations for the targeted associations (if necessary), and developing recommendations for capacity building interventions..
