Maan Development Center G.MDC.012.2023 Periodic maintenance services for the server, computers and network of the center and its branches in the Gaza Strip Within the policy of the Development Action Center / together with the approval of the best service provider, the center invites the specialized companies registered in the official departments to participate in the bid for the price of a periodic maintenance service provider for the server, computers, and the network of the center and its branches in the Gaza Strip, according to the following conditions : · The service provider must be registered with the tax departments, have a licensed operator, and be able to issue tax invoices with the provision of a source deduction letter . · The service provider must have an effective bank account and accept payments in the form of checks deposited in his account . · Prices provided are in dollars . · The company must stamp and sign the offer and attach all the required documents referred to in the price offer . · The offers will be evaluated technically and financially by a specialized committee, and the center is not bound by the lowest prices offered . · Advertisement fees to be awarded to the bidder . Bid documents can be obtained starting from Thursday 06/22/2023 AD until Thursday corresponding to 07/06/2023 AD during official working hours from nine in the morning until three in the afternoon, except for Fridays, Saturdays and official holidays, at the headquarters of the Ma’an Development Action Center Haidar Abdel Shafi Circle, near the headquarters of the Blood Center Association - Al Moataz Building 2 - Ground Floor . The last date for submitting the bid documents is twelve o'clock noon on Sunday 09 07 2023 at the headquarters of the Ma'an Development Action Center - Haidar Abdel Shafi Circle near the headquarters of the Blood Center Association - Al Moataz Building 2 - Ground Floor, and the bid opening session will be closed .
