Part of the Project Activities is to Provide Agri-Business Skills Development Training on Innovative and Climate-Smart Farming and Food Processing Practices and Technologies for 100 Youth. The Training should Support Female and Male Youth to Access Resilient Livelihoods While Contributing to Preserving Agricultural Natural Resources. In this Regard, a Well-Structured Training Program was Developed by a Team of Experts Utilizing the Complex Task Approach (Cta) Method in Order to Guide the Training Process. The Program Thematic Areas were Designed to Consider the Business and Production Activities that are Related to the following Businesses: Closed House Broiler Farm. Production of Frozen Fruits and Vegetables Applying Green Principles. Climate-Smart Vegetable Farming. The Training Program was Designed to Include Three Training Courses of 60 Training Hours Per Course (One Related to each of the Businesses Mentioned Above). Each Training Course Includes 60 Training Hours as the following: - 48 Training Hours Addressing Technical Knowledge and Skills - 12 Training Hours Addressing Soft, Personal, and Managerial Skills Ma’an is Seeking Competent and Qualified Master Trainers to Provide 1 Round of Training Targeting 100 Youth (1 Round, 4 Groups, 25 Youth) Guided by the Developed Training Program. The Selected Trainers will First Receive a Tot (Training of Trainers), with a Total of 12 Hours, on the Previously-Developed Training Program. The Main Objective of the Tot is to Equip the Selected Trainers with the Needed Skills and Knowledge to Deliver High-Quality Training. Based on the Evaluation of the Tot Results, the Trainers with the Highest Scores will be Contracted by Ma’an to Deliver the Training Program Guided by the Developed Curriculum.
