Companies wishing to participate in the price offer should go to the headquarters of the Development Action Center - Ma'an Gaza Branch to obtain a copy of the terms of reference document starting from Sunday 07/30/2023 until Sunday 08/06/2023 from nine o'clock until three o'clock in the evening Provided that the financial and technical offer shall be delivered each in a separate envelope, no later than Monday 07 08 2023 AD at 12:00 PM.
· The price provided is in US dollars
· The amount in the financial offer is the total amount to be paid to the consulting firm
· Offered prices are valid for 120 days from the date of bid submission.
· The consultant shall submit a tax invoice/financial claim and an upstream deduction certificate for each financial payment he receives.
· The offer is available to consulting firms only
