Tenders are invited for Radio Episodes for “Citizenship Issues under a Microscope” Program Specification: To have an official license from the competent government authorities. To have a tax file in the Palestinian Ministry of Finance. To have ability to issue zero vat invoice. To have interactive TV channel with FM wave. To have a radio frequency through the FM wave. The ability of the wave to reach Palestinian governorates of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip is complete. They should have a media studio that can accommodate at least 3 guests at the same time. It can broadcast a radio episode from with 3 phone calls at the same time. It can broadcast radio episode and receive call from Skype or other social media. To have a network of relations with a number of local radio stations in case of need to broadcast a wave for 2 hours continuously. The ability to broadcast a radio episode for 45 minutes continuously, without any announcements or breaks. The ability to broadcast a media wave for 2 hours continuously. The ability to provide live broadcasts through Facebook social media platforms. To believe in the value of social responsibility. Respect the principle of respect for opinion and other opinion. Scope of work: Broadcasting the REFORM Radio program “Citizenship Issues Under a Microscope” episode every Wednesday at 4:00 PM. through live FM broadcast, TV, and social media. Providing a specialized studio that can accommodate at least 3 guests at the same time. The ability to receive 3 phone calls at the same time. The ability to broadcast radio episode and receive call from Skype or other social media. Broadcasting the episode through the radio's social media pages, specifically Facebook. The ability to broadcast a media wave in partnership with a number of local radio stations. To suggest REFORM what is social contribution through the Program. The ability to provide tax invoices for the episodes that are performed. Providing deduction at source and zero vat invoice according to the projects. Not to interfere in issues raised by REFORM or the guests it hosts. Announcing before each episode that the “Citizenship Issues Under a Microscope” Program is implemented by REFORM, that the program does not necessarily reflect the radio’s opinions.
