A bid bond of 5 % , valid for 90 days from the date of bid submission, must be attached, in the form of a bank guarantee or bank check issued by a bank approved by the Palestinian Monetary Authority, in the name of Hamad Hospital for Artificial Limbs . Submission of bids at the headquarters of Hamad Hospital for Prosthetic Limbs located in "Gaza, Sudania - Al-Rasheed Street / next to the Mathaf Hotel. Bids submitted after the deadline for delivery shown above will not be considered .
