· The supplier is obligated to provide the company registration license with the governmental authorities consisting of (both the Ministry of Economy and Trade and the tax departments).
· The association has the right to divide the bid, knowing that the association is not obligated to award the lowest price without giving reasons .
· The time period for supplying the medicines required for the association’s administration in Gaza City is determined within a maximum period of 15 days from the receipt of the supply order, provided that the guarantee certificates and expiration date are attached to them, as the expiration date should not be less than two years at least, and if the supply requires a longer period of time than that The supplier must specify it .
