The Bidder must have Obtained the Necessary Licenses to Carry out His Business. Must be Able to Issue Tax Invoices To have the Ability to Provide All the Materials and Quantities Required to Carry out the Supply Works. To be Able to Access the Supply Sites at All Times without Any Obstacles. Prices must be Valid for a Period of not Less than (90) Days from the Last Date for Submitting the Bid. Bid is Divisible. A Bid Guarantee of 5%, Valid for 90 Days from the Date of Bid Submission, must be Attached, in the Form of a Bank Guarantee or Bank Check Issued by a Bank Approved by the Palestinian Monetary Authority, in the Name of Hamad Hospital for Artificial Limbs, and the Validity Period of the Guarantee is 90 Days from the Date of Bid Submission.
