The plans should also be consulted with the Strategic Policy and Planning Branch. This should include thinking around developing innovative user approaches that can incentivize uptake. Examples can include what has been done in other countries. 2. Develop approach on testing the tool and framework for monitoring results to assess feasibility of implementing a digital tool for integrated supervision by Provincial Health Authorities. This should include outlining the approach for testing and technical assistance to support rollout of testing phase in country.3. Present concept and idea to the Medical Standards Division at NDOH and relevant PHA for feedback on approach. The key government audiences listed above should be consulted.4. Test out the digital tool based on designed approach in East New Britain and two additional provinces. Provide assessment on successfulness of uptake and implementation and summary of results. This should be done in partnership with NDOH and PHAs.5. Short report outlining if the approach and digital tool is feasible and propose suggestions on amendments and outline challenges faced. Recommendations on scale-up possibility if successful implementation of the digital solution to incentivize improvements in the supervision checklist during test phase.6. Depending on client needs and testing results, develop plan for potential capacity-building activities for at least 3 trainings of 90-minute sessions with the clients and additional trainings and development of user guides and job aides to support potential rollout. Based on feedback from the client on the materials and training, further refinement may be required. 5. DeliverablesThe following deliverables are required: 1. Brief and presentation outlining the feasibility study approach and testing phase.2. Develop an implementation model and approach for implementation and scale-up based on findings from the testing.3. Short report providing written recommendations and presentation on results of feasibility study on digitizing the integrated supportive supervision checklist. 4.
