The Local Government Unit of San Andres, Quezon, through Supplemental Budget No. 1 - General Fund FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Four Pesos and Eighty Centavos Only (₱2,499,954.80), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Construction of Municipal Sanitary Landfill Perimeter Fence, Sitio Sampaloc, Barangay Camflora, San Andres Quezon/B2026-0034. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of San Andres, Quezon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, as amended. 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders from October 03, 2026 up to October 22, 2026, ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬from given address and website/below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (₱5,000.00). The Local Government Unit of San Andres, Quezon will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 09, 2026 (9:00AM) at SB Session Hall, New Municipal Building, Brgy. Only authorized bidders and/ or their duly authorized representative/s who attended the Pre-Bidding Conference, and undergone the initial screening process shall be allowed to buy bidding documents, and shall be allowed to participate in the Public Bidding Conference. 8. Representatives of the Bidders must submit Special Power of Attorney, Authorization Letter, Secretary’s Certificate (whichever it may be applicable), together with Letter of Intent to join the bidding are required upon purchase of the bidding documents 9. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address as indicated below on or before October 22, 2026 (9:00 AM). Late bids shall not be accepted. 10. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 15. 11. All Bids must be submitted on or before 8:59 AM of October 22, 2026.
