Monolithic Dome Type Cold Storage Attached as Annex 13 The Eligibility of Design and Build Contractors shall be Based on Provisions of Annex G IrrRA No 9184 Including Legal Technical and Financial Requirements In the Technical Requirements The Design and Build Contractor should be Able to Comply with the Experience Requirement and Completed at Least One Similar Project in Design and Construction With at Least 50 of the Cost of the Abc of the Project-At-Hand4 Bidding will be Conducted through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures with the following Two-Step Evaluation Procedure41 First-Step Procedure The First Step of the Evaluation shall Involve the Review of the Preliminary Conceptual Designs and Track Record Submitted by the Contractor as Indicated in the Bidding Documents Using a Nondiscretionary PassFail Criteria42 Second-Step Procedure Only Those Bids that Passed the above Criteria shall be Subjected to the Second Step of Evaluation5 Prospective Bidders may Obtain
