The outputs of the services will help the World Bank fill the knowledge gaps in demands for broadband connectivity, technical options to fill the connectivity gaps, environmental and social risks and mitigation measures in infrastructure investments, and cost and benefits of different implementation options. The findings of the study will help enable the Bank to carry out strategic dialogues with the government officials, development partners and other stakeholders, and carry out due diligence of the detailed project preparation work to be conducted by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT). The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000.
