following- Possessed a Valid License Issued by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board Pcab Required for this Project Small a with License Category Trade or Even Higher- Skilled Construction Personnel Such as One 1 Mason One 1 Welder Three 3 LaborerHelper- Project Engineer Who will Supervise the Construction Project - at Least Three 3 Years of Experience in Handling and Contracting Civil Works Related Projects- at Least Completed Three 3 Similar Projects of the Same Nature for the Last Three 3 YearsE Scope of Works1 The Contractor shall Provide ExperiencedSkilled Construction Personnel Laborer for the Construction of Fence 2 The Contractor shall Supply Construction Materials and Hardware Listed in Annex a for the Construction and Completion of the Fence and the Equipment Welding Machine Mobile Generator and Tools to be Utilized during the Construction Period3 The Contractor shall Secure the Necessary PermitClearance with the Lgus for the Fencing Construction Project Any Requirement Fees Imposed by the Lgu for the Issuance of PermitClearance shall be Complied by the Contractor including the Preparation of the Fencing Plan4 Before the Construction The Contractor shall Dismantle the ExistingTemporary Fence Composed of Mixed Wooden MaterialsGI Sheets and Clear the Areas from Debris and Place Them in One Area Ready for Disposal5 The Construction of Fence shall Follow the Design and Material Component Described as Follows and Shown in Annexes B 1A Concrete Hollow Block with Cyclone Wire on Top- 5-Layers of 4 Thick Concrete Hollow Block As Base of the Fence- All Posts should be at 10-Feet 3-Meters Intervals and Provided with Top Plates- Posts should be Made of Galvanized Iron Pipe 2 Inches 50mm in Diameter- Plastering should be Applied to the Concrete Hollow Blocks Fence- Installation of 4-Feet 12m Cyclone Wire Perimeter Fence on Top of Concrete Hollow Block- the Mesh Size of the Cyclone Wire should be 2 Inches by Inches 50m by 50mm- the Cyclone Wire to be Used should be at Least 27 Millimeter in Diameter- the Height of Completed Fence should be 22 MetersB Gates- Installation of Double Swing Gate 7-Feet 22m in Height and 20-Feet 6m Width Provided with Locking System- Installation of Single Personnel Entrance Gate 7-Feet 22m by 5-Feet 15m Right-Hand Side of the Double Swing Gate Provided with Locking System6 Painting of Posts and Gates Using Epoxy Primer and Silver Paint7 The Construction Project should be Supervised by the Project Engineer8 The Contractor shall Clean up the Working Premises upon Completion of the Fencing Project9 The Contractor shall Submit Completion Report and Photographs of the Fenced Properties to Pnoc AmdF Other Terms and Conditions1 The Contractor must Conduct Site Visit and Planning Prior to the Commencement of its Work and Follow the HealthSafety Protocol Enforced by the Local Authorities in the Project Location for its Personnel Involved2 The Contractor must Comply with All Standards for Health and Safety Requirements to Include among Others the Use of Personal Protective Equipment by All Workers Installation of Safety Signages in the Area Considering that the Location is along the National Road3 The Contractor shall Hold Pnoc and its Personnel Free from Any and All Liabilities for Damages Arising from Injuries or Liabilities to Persons or Damages to Property Occasioned by Any Act or Omission of His Own Personnel4 The Contractor must Submit a List of His Construction Personnel Assigned to the Project and Allow Pnoc Security Personnel to Take Records of Their Activities during the Construction Period5 Within Fifteen 15 Days from Receipt of the Completion Report Pnoc Representative shall Conduct Post Inspection of the Fenced Properties Together with the Contractor Representatives6 Pnoc shall Issue a Certificate of Completion only after the Contractor shall have Completed the Project in Accordance with the TorContract and have Validated the Project All Unacceptable Work must be Replaced andOr Re-Worked at No Additional Cost to Pnoc7 Warranty Provision One 1 Year on Materials and Workmanship from Date of Acceptance At Any Time within the Period of Guarantee and upon Notification The Contractor shall Repair andOr Rectify All the DeficiencyIes 8 Any Work StoppageDelay in the Completion of Project by Reason of Health and Safety of its Assigned Personnel Due to Pandemic shall not be Counted against the Set Completion Date 9 Bids must be Inclusive of Taxes Applicable10 Bidder should Submit Proof on Compliance of the Labor Requirements 11 The Winning BidderContractor are Required to Post the following A Performance Security Surety Bond Callable upon Demand Issued by a Surety or Insurance Company Duly Certified by the Insurance Commission
