The PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE TRAINING INSTITUTE in Philippines from Asian region had released this tender for 1) The Philippine National Police Training Institute Bids and Awards Committee through the Approved POE-PA of the Trust Receipts for the month of July 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Three Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Pesos (PhP12,399,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Perimeter Fence of Regional Training Center (RTC) 4A Annex at Brgy. Anos Tayabas Quezon Province. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The PNPTI BAC now invites bids for Construction of Perimeter Fence of Regional Training Center (RTC) 4A Annex at Brgy. Anos Tayabas Quezon Province. Completion of the Works within 240 calendar days is required upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from PNPTI BAC thru the BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Logistics Section, at PNPTI Headquarters, Camp BGen Vicente P Lim, Calamba City, Laguna from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on September 16, 2026 to October 6, 2026 from the given address and website/s below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP25,000.00). It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. 6) The PNPTI BAC will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on September 23, 2026 (Wednesday), 10:00 AM at the PNPTI Conference Room, Camp BGen Vicente P Lim, Calamba City, Laguna and/or through video conferencing via zoom platform, which shall be open to prospective Bidders. 7) Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below, on or before October 6, 2026 (Tuesday), 10:00 AM at the office address as indicated below. Late bids shall not be accepted. 8) All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16. 9) Bid opening shall be on October 6, 2026 (Tuesday), 10:00 AM at the PNPTI Conference Room, Camp BGen Vicente P Lim, Calamba City, Laguna and/or via zoom platform.
