The BUREAU OF CUSTOMS - PORT OF CEBU in Philippines from Asian region had released this tender for REQUEST FOR QUOTATION The Bureau of Customs (BOC), through its Administration Office (AO), will undertake a Small Value Procurement for “Procurement of Supply and delivery/installation of Additional Currencies of Money Counter” in accordance with the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184/12009 as amended. Certified Copy of the current Mayor’s Permit issued by the city or municipality where the principal place of business of the prospective bidder is located (In case of expired MP/BP, submit copy of recently expired permit and official receipt as proof of renewal); 2. Current PHILGEPS Registration Number; 3. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS), if ABC is higher than ₱50,000.00) and duly Notarized Secretary’s Certificate in case of a corporation, partnership, or cooperative; or duly notarized Special Power of Attorney of all members of the joint venture giving full power and authority to its officer to sign the OSS and do acts to represent the Bidder 4. Duly signed price quotation form (Annex “A”). All must be properly signed and sealed. Must be submitted in hard copy. In case of goods, kindly indicate the brand being offered in your price quotation form (Annex “A). 5. Manifestation of compliance to the attached technical specification signed by your authorized representative. 6. The contractor shall provide all the necessary equipment, materials, and labor to adequately perform the specified services; this includes installation and configurations; 7. Payment shall be made upon completion of delivery and upon submission of the supporting documents for payment processing (e.g., delivery receipt, sales invoice, billing statement, warranty certificate if applicable, and other documents required in this technical specifications); 8. Payment shall be subject to applicable taxes, auditing and accounting rules and regulations and existing rules and regulations of BOC relative to payment of procurement contracts; 9. All other necessary activities deemed proper and important; 10. Submission of quotation and eligibility documents in on or before 03 October 2026, at Administrative-Accounting Section, Bureau of Customs, Sub-port of Mactan, MCIA Cargo Access Road, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu; 11. Award of contract shall be made to the lowest quotation, which complies with the minimum description as stated above and other terms and conditions stated in the price quotation form. 12. Any interlineations, erasures or overwriting shall be valid only if they are signed or initialed by the bidder or his/her duly authorized representative/s; 13.
