The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, OCCIDENTAL MINDORO in Philippines from Asian region had released this tender for Invitation to Bid for Provision of Nine (9) Units Solar Streetlights at Sitio D7, Barangay San Agustin, SJOM 1) The Municipality of San Jose, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Nine (9) Units Solar Streetlights at Sitio D7, Barangay San Agustin, SJOM / sjom-infra-0067-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Completion of the Works is required in 22 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
