Request for Quotation RFQ Request for Quotation Smallvalue Procurement of Security ServicesClosing Date Time 15092021 1000 AMArea of Delivery CagayanProcurement Mode Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement Sec 539Brief The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Dhsud R02 Through its Bids and Awards Committee Bac Invites Reputable Security Agencies to Submit Their Quotation for Procurement of Security Guard Services for the Period Covered October 1 2021 to December 31 2021 with an Approved Budget for the Contract Abc Ninety Thousand Pesos only Php 9000000 Which the Entity will Procure through Small Value Procurement in Accordance with 539 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations Irr of Republic Act No 91841Scope of ServicesRequirementsSecurity Agency1 the Security Agency must be Duly Licensed Registered And a Member of Philippine Association of Detective and Protective Agency Operator Padpao with Proper Operating Permits and Other Statutory Requirements It must have been Engaged in the Business for at Least Three 3 Years2 the Proof of Paid Remittances for the following Concerned Government Agencies Sss Philhealth and Pag-Ibig will be in the Form of a Certification Issued by the Said Agencies3 the Security Agency will Provide Two 2 Security Guards on a 24-Hour Working Schedule Daily4 the Security Agency will Provide Consistent and Quality Service through Qualified Licensed Bonded Uniformed Highly Trained and Armed Security Guards Who shall Guard and Protect the Properties and Premises of Dhsud Region 02 for 24 Hours Daily including Saturdays Sundays and Holidays Security Guards shall be Posted at the Main Entrance and do Regular Roving in and around the Office Premises Especially at Night Time to Ensure that No Trespassing or Other Illegal Activities are Conducted within the Premises of Dhsud Ro25 the Security Agency shall Secure Ingress and Egress within the Dhsud Ro2 Premises of All Persons or Vehicles And ThingsMaterials Brought in and out of Said Premises including the Conduct of Reasonable Check on Persons and Properties as Normally Done in Public or Private Establishments and Places for Purposes of Ensuring Safety and Security against Unauthorized Persons Vehicles AndOr Things or Materials6 the Security Agency shall Immediately Make the Necessary Reports of Any Incident to Dhsud R02 Management andOr to Other Concerned Authorities for Purposes of Police and Other Officiai Investigations7 the Security Guards Assigned shall be Provided with Proper Agency Uniforms and Visible Identification Badges They must Also be Duly Licensed8 the Security Guards shall be Equipped with Original Branded And Duly Licensed Firearms and Ammunitions Necessary in the Course of Their Security Enforcement and Maintenance of Peace and Order at the Premises of the Dhsud R02 Building and its Immediate Vicinity Annex aSecurity Personnel1 the Assigned Security Guards must have Previous Experience of at Least 3-Years and with Adequate Knowledge in Communicating in English andOr Filipino HeShe must be Reliable Honest And Courteous Annex B2 the Security Guards must Undergo and Pass the Required Psycho-Neuro and Medical Examination and Drug Test3 the Security Guards must be Ready to Perform Other Tasks as may be Required by Dhsud R02 Management Related to Security Safety and Protection Such as Registering Visitors Inspection of Bags or Cargo In out Inspection of Vehicles Escorting Vlps and Other Administrative FunctionsIi Contract Period and ExtensionThe Security Agency shall Provide Two 2 Security Guards on a 24-Hour Working Schedule Daily 600am to 6pm and 600pm to 6Am from October 1 2021 to December 31 2021Iii Security Plan and QuotationThe Quotation shall Contain a Breakdown of All Costs Including Cost of Supplies and Equipment Necessary for the Execution of the Contract Lt shall be Submitted Together with a Proposed Security Plan Annex CIv Payment ArrangementPayment shall be Done on a Monthly Billing BasisDhsud R02 Now Invites Legally Technically Financially Capable and Reputable Security Agencies to Submit Their Quotation for Procurement of Security Guard Services for the Period October 1 2021 to December 31 2021Sealed Quotations and Documentary Requirements Annex C must be DeliveredSubmitted to the Address below on or before September 15 2021 at 1000am All Quotations Maybe Typewritten and Placed in a Sealed and Signed Envelope Marked Rfq- Dhsud-R02-2021-02 Supply and Delivery of Security Services Late Proposal shall not be AcceptedThe Bids and Awards CommitteeDhsud Regional Office 02Burgos St Cor Lecaros St Centro 1 Tuguegarao CityThe Dhsud Ro2 Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Quotations and to Impose Additional Terms and Conditions as it may Deem ProperFor Inquiry You may Contact Engr Alice Emma a Pason Bac Chairperson at 09178952271 Bac Chair or Ms Mariam Joji T Bunagan Secretariat at 09978175380Alice Emma a PasonChairperson Bac
