The MUNICIPALITY OF PARANAS in Philippines from Asian region has released this tender for INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Centralized Data Server with Fiber Optic Network Backbone and Structured Cabling for the Municipal Government Center of Paranas (Re-Bid) NO. PAR G-2026-06 1) The Local Government Unit of Paranas, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 3,360,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Centralized Data Server with Fiber Optic Network Backbone and Structured Cabling for the Municipal Government Center of Paranas (Re-bid) with Project Identification Number [PAR G-2026-06]. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Paranas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using Single Lot procurement for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Centralized Data Server with Fiber Optic Network Backbone and Structured Cabling for the Municipal Government Center of Paranas (Re-Bid). Delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of the Goods and Services shall be completed within Ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one (1) Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) similar to the Project, the value of which, adjusted to current prices using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Consumer Price Index (CPI), is at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. The contract shall be awarded using the Most Economically Advantageous Responsive Bid (MEARB) criterion. The quality-price ratio shall be (70% Quality and 30% Price).
