The subject of the contract is the supply of teaching aids to the Primary School Complex in Połaniec, the Primary School Complex in Staszów, and the Secondary School Complex in Staszów, as part of the project "Development of the Infrastructure for Practical Vocational Training in Staszów County." A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix 2 to the Technical Specifications (SWZ), which also includes a description of the equipment offered and a price list for the offer. 1) The Contractor will perform the subject of the contract in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, the current level of technical knowledge, due diligence, and arrangements with the Ordering Party. 2) The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with brand new, top-quality, complete equipment that meets the requirements of applicable regulations, and includes documents required by law to ensure safe operation and maintenance. 3) The Contractor will deliver the Equipment with installed Software, which will be subject to the license terms established by the relevant Software manufacturer. The Software license will be granted for an indefinite and perpetual period. Whenever the detailed description of the subject of the contract or the annexes to the detailed description of the subject of the contract indicate trademarks, patents, origins, or standards, this means that the Ordering Party was unable to describe the subject of the contract with sufficiently precise terms and allows equivalent offers.
