Whenever the subject of the contract is described using trademarks, patents, or origin, the source of a specific process that characterizes products or services delivered by a specific contractor, or standards, European Technical Assessments, approvals, technical specifications, and technical reference systems, it is assumed that such description is accompanied by the term "or equivalent." Pursuant to Article 101, Section 4 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. 7. A Contractor who, in their offer, refers to the use of products equivalent to those described in the Technical Specifications is obliged to demonstrate that the products they offer meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party by entering the name and configuration of the equivalent product in the offer form and demonstrating the equivalence of the offered product to a given item in the Technical Parameters table of the offered equipment. 8. The Ordering Party does not allow partial offers. 9. The Contractor may submit only one offer for the subject contract. Submission by a Contractor of more than one offer or an offer containing alternatives will result in the rejection of all offers submitted by a given Contractor. 10. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 11.
