Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is PAXgene blood tubes, pack size 100, number of packages 14, catalog number 768165 or equivalent. The subject of the order is described in detail in the Technical Information Sheet (Appendix 2 to the Technical Information Sheet). The Ordering Party requires that the offered products meet the requirements contained in the Technical Information Sheet. Detailed terms and conditions for the performance of the contract are specified in the Contract Template (Appendix No. 4 to the ToR). 3. When describing the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party provided the manufacturers name and catalog number to indicate the products quality standards and precisely define the subject of the contract. Where the description of the subject of the contract indicates trademarks, patents, origins, sources, or a specific process that characterizes the products supplied by a specific Contractor, this means that the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the contract in a sufficiently precise and understandable manner. In such situations, any references to trademarks, patents, origins, sources, or specific processes should be read with the words "or equivalent." 4. Pursuant to Art. 99, Section 6 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows for the submission of equivalent offers, i.e. offers with parameters and properties no worse than those specified by the Ordering Party in the Technical Information Sheet constituting Appendix No. 2 to the ToR. 5. If a product other than the one specified by the Ordering Party is offered, the Contractor is obligated to demonstrate in its offer that the supplies it offers meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party by providing the name of the offered product, the manufacturers name and catalog number, or other characteristics clearly identifying the offered products in the Assortment and Pricing Form constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications. Equivalent products must: 1) Have the same composition and characteristics as the product specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications, 2) Have the same packaging capacity and weight as the product specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications, 3) Have a warranty period no shorter than that of their equivalents listed in Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications. with tender notice no. 708223-2026 published on 14 Oct 2026.
