265/PN/2026 - Supply of specialist dressings for the UCK

The University Clinical Center in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of specialized dressings for the UCK in the range, estimated quantity, and requirements specified in Appendix 3 to the ToR. 2. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial offers. A partial offer is understood as individual parts specified in Appendix 3 to the ToR. The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more parts. 3. Deliveries will be made successively, in the quantity and range, in accordance with the Ordering Party's partial orders, within 4 days of the order placement date. The Contractor will be obligated to deliver the ordered products to the Hospital Pharmacy at its own expense. 4. Offered medical devices must comply with the Act of 7 April 2022 on Medical Devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620) and the implementing regulations issued pursuant to this Act. 5. If the Ordering Party has used standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems in the description of the subject of the contract, referred to in art. 101 sec. 1 item 2 and sec. 3 of the Public Procurement Law, equivalent solutions are permitted. Whenever a standard is indicated in these ToR or annexes thereto, it shall be assumed that the phrase "or equivalent" has been used in relation to it. If the description of the subject of the contract refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in paragraph 1 point 2 and paragraph 3, the contracting authority may not reject an offer solely on the basis that the offered supplies do not comply with the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems to which the description of the subject of the contract refers, provided that the contractor proves in the offer, in particular using the means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent degree. 6. The contracting authority requires that offers be submitted in electronic form. A detailed description (instructions) for submitting offers in electronic form is included in paragraph XIV of the ToR. The contracting authority informs that in this public procurement procedure the so-called "reverse order of offer evaluation," referred to in Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law. Using the above procedure, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the contractor whose offer received the highest score in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. 14. The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor. 15. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant offers. 16.
