The Uniwersyteckie Centrum Kliniczne in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1 The subject of the order is the supply of antiseptics and disinfectants for the Hospital Clinical Hospital UCK in the range estimated quantity and requirements specified in Appendix 3 to the ToR 2 The Ordering Party allows for partial offers A partial offer is understood as individual parts specified in Appendix 3 to the ToR The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more parts 3 Deliveries will be made successively in the quantity and range in accordance with the Ordering Party s partial orders within 6 days of the order placement date The Contractor will be obligated to deliver the ordered products to the Hospital Pharmacy at its own expense 4 Offered medicinal products must comply with the Act of 6 September 2001 Pharmaceutical Law Journal of Laws of 2026 item 612 if applicable Offered medicinal products must be admitted to trading in Poland under the terms specified in Article 3 or 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law 5 Offered medical devices must comply with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices Journal of Laws of 2024 item 1620 and in implementing acts issued based on that Act if applicable 6 The Ordering Party allows the submission of an equivalent offer within the scope of Part 22 The Ordering Party informs that all proper names used in the description of the subject of the contract define the required standard of the ordered assortment The Ordering Party allows the submission of offers with equivalent quality parameters having identical chemical composition in terms of basic substances Proof of compliance with the equivalence condition rests with the Contractor 7 If the Ordering Party has used standards technical assessments technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art 101 sec 1 item 2 and sec 3 of the Public Procurement Law in the description of the subject of the contract equivalent solutions are permitted Whenever a standard is indicated in these ToR or annexes thereto it shall be assumed that the phrase or equivalent is used in relation to it If the description of the subject of the contract refers to standards technical assessments technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in paragraph 1 point 2 and paragraph 3 the contracting authority may not reject the offer solely because the offered supplies do not comply with the standards technical assessments technical specifications and technical reference systems to which the description of the subject of the contract refers provided that the contractor proves in the offer in particular using the means of evidence referred to in Art 104-107 that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent degree 8 The contracting authority requires that offers be submitted in electronic form A detailed description instructions for submitting offers in electronic form is included in paragraph XIV of the ToR The contracting authority hereby informs that in this public procurement procedure the so-called reverse order of offer evaluation will be applied referred to in Art 139 of the Public Procurement Law Using the above procedure the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the offers and then subjectively qualify the contractor whose offer received the highest score in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure 14 The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor 15 The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant offers 16 Common Procurement Vocabulary CPV code in accordance with Annex 3 to the Technical Specifications with tender notice no. 664039-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
