The Uniwersyteckie Centrum Kliniczne in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of reagents and consumable accessories for molecular diagnostics for the Hematooncology Laboratory at the University Clinical Center (UCK), in the range, estimated quantity, and requirements specified in Appendix 4 to the ToR. 2. The Ordering Party allows for partial offers. A partial offer is understood as individual Packages, as indicated in Appendix 4 to the ToR. The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of Packages. 3. The ordered assortment must meet the requirements specified in Appendix 4 to the ToR. Failure to meet even one of the requirements specified in Appendix 4 to the ToR will result in rejection of the offer. 4. If terms indicating the type, standard, trademarks, or origin of the subject of the order are used in the documentation regarding this procedure, they should be read together with the words "or equivalent." Proper names are examples, define the product class, and serve to establish a standard - they do not indicate a specific product or manufacturer. The Contractor offering an item equivalent to that described in the specification is obligated to maintain equivalence in terms of technical, functional, dimensional and quality parameters, which must be at a level no lower than the parameters indicated by the Ordering Party. The burden of proving that the offered items are equivalent in relation to the requirements specified by the Ordering Party rests with the bidder. 5. If the Ordering Party has used standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 sec. 1 item 2) and sec. 3 of the Public Procurement Law in the description of the subject of the contract, equivalent solutions described in the Technical Specifications are permissible. Whenever a standard is indicated in these Technical Specifications or annexes thereto, it should be assumed that the phrase "or equivalent" has been used in reference to it. If the description of the subject of the contract refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in sec. 1 item 2) and sec. 3, the Ordering Party may not reject the offer solely because the offered supplies do not comply with the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems to which the description of the subject of the contract refers, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of the evidence referred to in Art. 104-107, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent extent. with tender notice no. 695615-2026 published on 08 Oct 2026.
