321/PN/2023 - Delivery of hardware and software for the server room as part of the Center project Digital Medicine.

The University Clinical Center in Poland from Europe region had released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the supply of hardware and software for the server room, as part of project of the Center for Digital Medicine. 2. The subject of the order consists of six tasks: Task 1 – Physical server for ESX with a VMware license (2 pcs.) with parameters technical specifications specified in Annex 11 to the SWZ, Task 2 - Physical server for the needs database cluster (2 pcs.) with technical parameters specified in the Annex 11 to SWZ, Task 3 - SSD block array (2 pcs.) with specified technical parameters in Annex 11 to SWZ, Task 4 - FC-SAN switch (4 pcs.) with technical parameters specified in Annex 11 to SWZ, Task 5 - LAN network switch (2 pcs.) with technical parameters specified in Annex 11 to the SWZ, Task 6 - License Oracle Enterprise with technical parameters specified in Annex 11 to the SWZ. 3.Replaced above, the equipment must meet the limit parameters specified in Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the limit parameters set out in the Annex to SWZ will result in rejection of the offer. 4.Equipment listed in point 2 will be delivered along with the equipment necessary for its proper functioning. 5.Delivery of equipment, referred to in point 2 will take place at the place indicated by the Ordering Party in Gdańsk, at street Smoluchowskiego 17 at the Contractors expense. 7. The contractor will be obliged to guarantee that the supplied equipment is brand new, complete and of a high standard in terms of quality and functionality, as well as free from material and construction defects and legal. 8. If used in documentation relating to the proceedings in question terms indicating the type, standard, trademarks or origin of the subject of the order they should be read together with the words or equivalent. Proper names are examples, define the product class and serve to establish a standard - they do not indicate a specific product or a specific manufacturer. The contractor offering an item equivalent to that described in specification is obliged to maintain equivalence in terms of technical parameters, functional, dimensional and qualitative, which must be at least at a lower level from the parameters indicated by the Ordering Party. The burden of proof is that the articles offered are equivalent in relation to the requirements specified by the Ordering Party rests with the submitting party offer. 9. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. Under the concept of partial offer means individual tasks set out in Annex 11 to the SWZ.
