The Independent Public Healthcare Facility of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration in Poznań named after Prof. Ludwik Bierkowski in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity for a period of 12 months (from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027) for the facilities of the Independent Public Health Care Facility of the Ministry of Interior and Administration (SPZOZ MSWiA) (Poznań/Bydgoszcz/Zielona Góra). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the names and locations of the facilities, projected demand for electricity during the term of the agreement, tariff types, contracted capacity, place of delivery, and data necessary to conclude the agreement, is included in Appendix No. 8. 3. The values ​​indicated in Appendix No. 8 are estimated values, which do not reflect the actual or declared use of electricity during the term of the agreement and can under no circumstances constitute the basis for any claims by the Contractor. Actual settlements will be based on current readings of the metering and billing systems for the electricity supplied in accordance with the Contractors offer. 4. Electricity is sold under the terms specified in the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law"), in accordance with the applicable regulations to the aforementioned Act and the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1071, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code"), the principles specified in concessions, the provisions of this Specification and on the basis of the Public Procurement Act. 5. The supply of electricity will take place via the distribution network belonging to the Distribution Network Operator (hereinafter referred to as the DSO). 6. The Contractor is obliged to have, on the date of commencement of the implementation of the subject of the order, an agreement with the Distribution System Operator to whose network the facilities of the Ordering Party/Entities are connected, enabling the supply of electricity to the facilities covered by the order, and in the absence of such an agreement, the Ordering Party/Entity will authorize the Contractor to conclude it. with tender notice no. 700331-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
