422/2026/PN/DZP - Successive delivery of chemical reagents for the needs of the units of the University of Warmia and Mazury

The University of Warmińsko-Mazurski in Olsztyn in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of chemical reagents for the needs of units of the University of Warmia and Mazury. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR – description of the subject of the order/pricing form. 3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers in accordance with Article 99, Section 5 of the Public Procurement Law and Article 101, Section 4 of the Public Procurement Law. However, the requirements, technical parameters, and standards defining the subject of the order specified by the Ordering Party are the minimum requirements, the fulfillment of which the Ordering Party will expect. A contractor who relies on equivalent solutions is obligated to demonstrate that the product they offer meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. If the contractor offers a product with equivalent parameters and properties, the contractor is obligated to demonstrate, by the bid submission deadline, that: a) the product offered meets the requirements specified by the ordering party, in particular that it is identical in terms of analytical characteristics; b) the product offered meets the requirements allowing for the continuation of scientific research conducted by the ordering party without the need for additional activities (procedures), including, for example, device calibration; c) the use of the offered product with equivalent parameters/properties does not require the purchase of additional products or other consumables. 4. Assessment of equivalence between the product specified by the ordering party and the one offered by the contractor will be based on the submitted documents indicated in Chapter VII of the ToR. 5. The quantities indicated in the description of the subject matter of the contract according to Appendix 1 to the ToR represent only the Ordering Partys potential demand. The Ordering Party reserves the right to place orders for a larger quantity of a given product than specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications or not to purchase a given item at all, however the Ordering Party estimates that it will purchase 1% of the specified range of products according to Appendix No. 1. with tender notice no. 695358-2026 published on 08 Oct 2026.
