The 4th Military Economic Unit in Gliwice in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is the performance of maintenance and repairs of motor vehicles in 2027, divided into 6 lots: lot No. 1 – maintenance and repairs of passenger vehicles, passenger-off-road vehicles, minibuses and delivery vans at the Gliwice Garrison; lot No. 2 – maintenance and repairs of trucks and buses at the Gliwice Garrison; lot No. 3 – maintenance and repairs of passenger vehicles, passenger-off-road vehicles, minibuses and delivery vans at the Bielsko Biała Garrison; lot No. 4 – maintenance and repairs of trucks and buses at the Bielsko Biała Garrison; lot No. 5 – maintenance and repairs of four-wheeled vehicles and motorcycles; lot No. 6 – maintenance and repairs of ambulance vehicles. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the following appendices: • appendix No. 1 – bid form, • appendix No. 2 – description of the subject of the contract, • appendix No. 3 – draft contract provisions. All appendices listed above constitute an integral part of this ToR. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial bids – 6 lots. Contractors may submit bids for any number of lots. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant bids or offers in the form of electronic catalogs. The Ordering Party does not anticipate the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 214 paragraph 1 item 7 of the Public Procurement Act. Based on art. 95 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party requires that persons participating in the execution of the subject matter of the contract be employed by the Contractor or a subcontractor under an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labor Code, for at least the duration of the order, performing activities related to: operating a diagnostic computer to search for errors and the ability to make a correct diagnosis based on computer test results – scope of repair in accordance with the Technical Specification: repair of the engine and its accessories; repair and adjustment of the vehicles electrical system and components, performance of planned maintenance in accordance with the operating documentation issued by the vehicle manufacturer; verification of faults and carrying out repairs to the following systems: electrical installations and components, steering, braking, power transmission, suspension, cooling – air conditioning, exhaust, fuel and air supply, repairs to the engine and its accessories, and the winch; carrying out bodywork repairs, preparing surfaces for painting, topcoating the bodywork; checking and adjusting steering and chassis parameters, i.e. setting wheel alignment, camber angle, and caster angle. This requirement does not apply to, among others, sole proprietors, serving members of the Contractors management or supervisory bodies, partners of a general partnership or professional partnership, serving members of the Contractors management or supervisory bodies, partners of a general partnership or professional partnership,in which they will personally perform the work for the Ordering Party or the Contractor. The method of verifying the employment of these individuals, the Ordering Partys rights to verify the Contractors compliance with the requirements related to their employment, and the sanctions for failure to meet these requirements are described in the draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications). In addition, the Ordering Party requires a current, paid-up policy or other document of civil liability insurance covering the conducted business activity for the amount of:  for lot no. 1 - PLN 150,000.00  for lot no. 2 - PLN 250,000.00  for lot no. 3 - PLN 150,000.00  for lot no. 4 - PLN 250,000.00  for lot no. 5 - PLN 50,000.00  for lot no. 6 - PLN 150,000.00 for the entire duration of the contract – document provided by the Contractor before concluding the contract.
