90/2026 Delivery of knee pads model 990/MON

The 1 REGIONALNA BAZA LOGISTYCZNA in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of knee pads, model 990/MON, manufactured and completed in accordance with the current "Military Technical and Technological Documentation" constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Technical Specifications. 2. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order described in the procurement documentation, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Technical Specifications and annexes, in the quantity and range specified in the table in Chapter IV, section 2 of the Technical Specifications. 3. The Ordering Party requires that, as part of the delivery, the Contractor manufacture the complete subject of the order and deliver it in accordance with the requirements specified in the draft contract provisions and annexes thereto – Appendix No. 6 to the Technical Specifications. 4. The offered subject of the order must be in the first category, brand new (unused), manufactured in the year of delivery from production carried out after the contract conclusion date, in factory, non-returnable packaging. The basic materials and tailoring accessories used to manufacture the subject of the order cannot originate from production older than the year preceding the year of delivery of the subject of the order. 5. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising an option right consisting in the possibility of increasing the basic quantitative scope of the subject of the order specified in terms of the assortment and quantity in the table of Chapter IV, section 2 of the ToR, in the "Base Quantity" column, guaranteed to the Contractor – by a maximum of the quantities indicated in the table of Chapter IV, section 2 of the ToR, in the "Optional Quantity" column. 6. The subject of the order is subject to conformity assessment under Mode I in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of National Defence of January 11, 2013, regarding a detailed list of Products subject to conformity assessment and the method and procedure for conducting conformity assessment of Products intended for state defence needs (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1628). The Contractor will prepare an OiB declaration of conformity as confirmation of compliance with the requirements contained in the "Military Technical and Technological Documentation" (WDTT), constituting Annex No. 7 to the ToR. 7. The Ordering Party described the subject of the order by reference to standards. The Ordering Party therefore indicates that it accepts solutions equivalent to the described standards. 8. In the event of offering for delivery the subject of the contract which is not compliant with the standards indicated by the Ordering Party in the WDTT, the Contractor is obliged to prove in the offer, in particular by means of the evidence referred to in Chapter IX, section 3, point 3.2, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the WDTT to an equivalent extent (Article 101, sections 4-5 of the Public Procurement Act). with tender notice no. 715646-2026 published on 16 Oct 2026.
