Adaptation of the former mechanical workshop building of the Saturn Mine in Czelad for regional development purposes indoor swimming pool

The Municipal Public Utilities Board in Czelad in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1 1 The subject of the contract is construction work which includes the reconstruction expansion renovation and change of use of the Mechanical Workshops building of the former Saturn Coal Mine on Dehnel w Street in Czelad along with landscaping and technical infrastructure for an indoor swimming pool 1 2 The construction work includes in particular demolition and dismantling fabrication and installation of new building elements structural roofing and renovation work window and door joinery exterior and interior finishing work including water electrical electric lighting sanitary and storm sewer systems and landscaping work 1 3 The investment will include the construction of a Swimming Pool Zone located on the ground floor of the existing workshop building It will feature a 25x9 7m swimming pool with four lanes jumping areas and a disabled access facility The construction of a Recreation Zone is also planned for the ground floor of the newly designed part of the building It will include a small recreational pool equipped with additional attractions water jets hydromassage etc one jacuzzi one brine jacuzzi two showers and saunas The sauna complex will include a recreation room showers a cold water tub a public toilet and a steam and dry sauna 1 4 The investment project is co-financed under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 Programme Just Transition Fund Priority FESL 10 European Funds for Transformation Measure FESL 10 09 Reuse of post-industrial devastated and degraded areas for regional development purposes 1 5 The subject of the contract must be performed based on the attached design documentation and in accordance with applicable regulations and good construction practice 1 6 A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No 2 to the Technical Specifications Documentation which consists of a Design documentation b Technical Specifications for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works c Bills of Quantities 1 7 The required quality guarantee and warranty period for the entire subject of the order is 60 months Detailed warranty terms and conditions are specified in the draft contract provisions constituting Appendix No 6 to the Technical Specifications 1 8 The Ordering Party informs that it does not require that the submission of the offer be preceded by an on-site inspection and does not envisage convening a meeting of Contractors to clarify the content of the Technical Specifications 1 9 Information regarding the possibility of the Contractors conducting an on-site inspection 1 The Ordering Party informs that the submission of the offer may be preceded by an on-site inspection The Contractor s representative s may conduct an on-site inspection of the Mechanical Workshop Facility of the former Saturn Coal Mine on Dehnel w Street in Czelad in order to obtain information necessary for proper preparation of the offer 2 The Ordering Party will facilitate an on-site inspection of the Facility on May 23 2024 at 11 00 AM 3 The meeting place with the Ordering Party s representative s for the purpose of the on-site inspection is the square in front of the Mechanical Workshops building of the former Saturn Coal Mine located next to the Marking Mill at ul Dehnel w 43 41-250 Czelad 4 Before the commencement of the on-site inspection the Contractors representatives will be required to provide their first and last name as well as the business name or first and last name and address of the represented Contractor 1 10 The Ordering Party hereby informs that where it has described the subject of the contract by reference to standards technical assessments technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art 101 sec 1 item 2 and sec 3 of the Public Procurement Act the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described Therefore it should be assumed that each time in these ToR and its annexes such reference is accompanied by the words or equivalent A Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the solutions proposed by the Contractor meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent degree with tender notice no. 665863-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
