Adaptation of the premises of building A2 for the needs of the Specialist Clinics of the Clinical and Teaching Center at the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz

The Independent Public Health Care Facility Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: "Adaptation of the rooms in building A2 for the needs of the Complex of Specialist Clinics of the Clinical and Didactic Center at the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz". 2. The investment is carried out under subsidy no. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0074/25-00/305/2026/57, Project no. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0074/25 entitled "Development and modernization of the Complex of Specialist CKD Clinics at the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz" under measure FENX.06.01 Health care system, priority FENX.06 Health of the Programme European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027. 3. Designation according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 45000000-0 Construction works; 71220000-6 Architectural design services - additional CPV in OPZ. 5. If the description of the subject of the contract indicates specific technical solutions, it is permissible to use equivalent solutions, in terms of their features and parameters – defined for a given item of the subject of the contract. All possible brand names of devices and products used in the description of the subject of the contract should be treated as standard definitions, not specific brand names of devices and products used in this documentation. The Contractor is responsible for proving equivalence. 6. The Ordering Party requires, as referred to in Article 95, Section 1 of the Act, that the Contractor or subcontractor employ persons performing activities during the execution of the contract under an employment contract for the execution of construction works – detailed information is included in the Technical Specifications. 7. In the case of this procedure, the Ordering Party has refrained from dividing the contract into lots because it considered it impossible to divide it into lots. The Ordering Party has not divided the contract into lots due to the nature of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the Technical Specifications). 8. The order will be implemented within 16 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 9. The scope and terms of any changes are included in the contract template, which constitutes an annex to the Technical Specifications. 10.
