The Ordering Party: Nowy Sącz County, Ordering Party Manager: Nowy Sącz County Board in Poland from Europe region had released this tender for Contract for the organization and conduct of vocational courses and training in the automotive, mechanical, and ICT industries for students of secondary schools, for which Nowy Sącz County is the managing authority, as part of the project entitled: "Improving the quality of vocational education offered by schools in Nowy Sącz County." THE PROCEDURE WAS DIVIDED INTO SIX PARTS: Part I Organisation and conduct of a course in the automotive industry: Air conditioning service course; Part II Organisation and conduct of a course in the mechanical industry: MAG (135) sheet metal and pipe fillet welding course; Part III Organisation and conduct of a course in the mechanical industry: CNC machine tool operator course; Part IV Organisation and conduct of a course in the ICT industry: 3D graphics course; Part V Organisation and conduct of a course in the ICT industry: ECDL B2 course; Part VI Organisation and conduct of a course in the ICT industry: Website creation course. DESCRIPTION OF THE METHOD OF OFFER PREPARATION: 1. The Contractor submits an offer, in accordance with the form constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Specifications of Contracts, prepared, under pain of nullity, in electronic form in the manner specified in point VIII item 1 of the Specifications of Contracts. Together with the bid, the contractor must submit: a power of attorney or other document confirming the authorization to represent the contractor, unless the authorization to represent the contractor is derived from other documents (see point X, item 8 of the ToR), prepared in electronic form and bearing a qualified electronic signature in the manner specified in point VIII, item 1 of the ToR.
