The OLSZTYN SHARED SERVICES IT CENTER in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the order is the renewal of part of the currently existing antivirus protection environment for workstations called: Bitdefender Gravityzone by providing the Ordering Party’s organizational units with the right to concurrently use antivirus software (hereinafter “Software”): 1) under the basic order: (a) Bitdefender GravityZone Business Security Enterprise VPM on 2,000 devices for a period of 3 years; (b) extension of Bitdefender GravityZone Proactive Hardening and Attack Surface Reduction (PHASR) on 2,000 devices for a period of 3 years. 2) under the option right: (a) extension of the above-mentioned Bitdefender GravityZone Business Security Enterprise VPM software by another 1,500 devices without changing the license term; (b) extension of the above-mentioned Bitdefender GravityZone Proactive Hardening and Attack Surface Reduction (PHASR) extension by another 1,500 devices without changing the license term. The delivered software must comply with the technical and operational parameters and requirements specified in the DSC and the Contractor's offer. A detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as the "DSC") is included in Appendix No. 1 to the public procurement agreement template, which constitutes Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. with tender notice no. 700171-2026 published on 09 Oct 2026.
