The Municipal Roads Authority in Gliwice in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is the execution of comprehensive construction works for the task entitled: Construction of L. Teligi and T. Halika streets, on the basis of the Decision of the Mayor of Gliwice on the permit for the implementation of a road investment no. ZRID-1/2015 of 22/04/2015 (reference number: AB.6744.1.2015) "Construction of a public road, from the junction with Tarnogórska Street in Gliwice to the maneuvering area planned in the area of ​​road R-V" and Notifications of execution of construction works together with the acceptance of the notification AB.6743.6.26.2024. Scope of construction works: - Halika Street from Tarnogórska Street to the border of the ZRID Decision class L, length of approx. 194 m. - Teligi Street from Halika Street to Class D roads, approximately 280 m long. - Intersection with future cross roads (Czaplicka and Fiedlera Streets). - Pedestrian routes. - Street lighting and street drainage (stormwater sewer). - Service channel. - Property access roads. - Greenery development. - Reconstruction or securing of conflicting utilities. The scope of works is described in detail in the Design Documentation, Technical Specifications for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, the ZRID Decision, and, as an auxiliary measure, in the Bills of Quantities. Additionally, the SWZ documentation is presented in editable files (designs in dwg files) to clearly determine the quantity of works. The presented Design Documentation supplements the Construction Design, based on which the ZRID decision was issued, with additional road features: sidewalks, greenery, lighting, access roads, service channel, and reconstruction or securing of conflicting utilities. Required warranty period: The Contractor provides a 60-month warranty (the beginning of which is counted from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol of the works by the Parties). Required warranty period: The Contractors liability under the warranty for physical defects is extended by granting a warranty for a period equal to the period of the granted warranty, counting from the date of final acceptance of all works covered by the subject of the contract.
